Was aware of the bad reviews when booking, but I have to say it was very smooth and effortless. We have already agreed at home, to use you again next time.
Only bad thing I could mention is that the signage for the pickup from terminal 3 Heathrow was very poor. Only spotted it once on the bus, the sign was black with small white text. I assumed it would have a purple sign!
