I have not used Purple Parking at LHR for many years due to long wait times for return of my vehicle and poor staff attitude. Nothing seems to have changed. Whilst I accept that drivers seat position may need to be adjusted, I do not appreciate SatNav etc being played with in the 0.5 mile journey to the storage site. I am a regular business traveler through LHR and will not be using again unless there are no other options.
