I have used PP lots over the last few years and have never had an issue.
This time we arrived at the barriers and saw that there were signs saying that my type of vehicle (9 seater) wasn't classed as a commercial vehicle even tho we have it because we have a large family.
Upon dropping off the keys I was informed that the car would not be insured under the parking insurance because they considered my vehicle to be a commercial vehicle so I would have to pay an additional £25 per day for it to be covered under the insurance.
Firstly I have used PP previously with this vehicle and havent had an issue.
Secondly, when booking this was not raised on the form when giving details.
It's incredibly inconvenient to begin your holiday to be out of pocket by an additional £225 on top of the £160 already paid for parking.
Upon returning my car was parked under a tree which was dropping sap and leaves.
My car was sticky and I had trouble clearing the windows to be able to see while driving.
I won't be using PP again unfortunately considering they have been so helpful and provided an excellent service in the past
