Very friendly and helpful gentleman as I paid twice ,so had to call .
The only issues I had was when we arrived in the blue badge parking area to wait for the bus,there was no seating ,considering I had issues standing for periods of time I had to sit in the car as we were close to the bus stop.
Not ideal really
