After a recent bad experience at T3 when my car was returned dented and the company refused to acknowledge their error using a paragraph at the bottom of page 3 of their T and Cs, I returned to using Purple Parking. They are excellent.
Online forms easy to sort, easy access at T5, charming and calm reception. On return the plane was late but their monitoring proved flexible. Yes, the car had enjoyed the summer dust from parking but had only gone 11 miles and wasn’t dented, a relief! They will be my go to Meet and Greet company.
