Everything went very smoothly and we were very happy with the service. Just one complaint: I made the booking in my name. I am a woman and a wheelchair user. When we arrived, I presented the paperwork to the man at the desk and he COMPLETELY ignored me, addressing all the questions and comments to my husband. The booking was in my name and I had provided my mobile phone number, but he asked my husband for his mobile number. That is downright rude and I was not happy at all! Staff training is required.
