Parking signs at the airport were almost non existent. We asked an airport worker where we needed to go and he directed us to the 3rd floor of the car park. We then discovered it was the wrong place. Still couldn’t see purple parking signs. Asked someone else and got to the correct floor. When we got to the men upstairs. They handed me my ticket back and ordered me to pay £20 at the machine for going to the wrong floor. No customer service skills at all. I’ve used purple parking for every holiday I’ve been on as an adult but this experience has put an end to it. I won’t be using the service again, sadly.
