We booked the airport lounge at East Midlands on 20/06/25. You asked for our flight details and you confirmed the flight. When we got there at 4.30pm we we advised that the booking was for 4.00am. They did let us in but only for 20 minutes. THIS BOOKING SHOULD NOT HAVE GONE THROUGH ON YOUR SYSTEM. We would like a refund as we booked due to my husbands disability and it made our experience very stressful. VERY POOR and we were very surprised after previous good service. I have refrained from reviewing to give you the opportunity to put the situation right.
