Good service from bus and staff however this is the second time we’ve used purple at Gatwick and both times now, our car has been covered in some sort of muck which is extremely difficult to clean off & have to pay to get it cleaned off. For this reason, it will unfortunately be the last time we use this service and will be going elsewhere. (Unfortunately the photos don’t do it justice of how much it was covered)
