Been a customer for 9 years but the customer support services are terrible. I recently made a purchase for contact lenses and the retailer made an erroneous claim that I had used a voucher in the purchase. Now my cash back is declined and there is no way to request Quidco look into it. I only bought it from that retailer due to the discount, so its false advertising essentially.
Quidco have a useless AI bot to answer questions. After 8 years as a user, I think I would know NOT to use a voucher in conjunction with an offer.
Quidco need to take responsibility, it is against consumer rights what they are doing.
