Works fantastic for me, over £2,800 in cash back all paid into my account over last 5-6 years of usage. Yes some things dont track occasionally, but at end of day its free money - book a few hotels, flights and use if for day to day things i.e. diy items, grocery shopping, mobile contracts etc and it soon starts to rack up.
