“I have been a Quidco customer for over 10 years, and never had cause to feel to write a review. But recently I had my account hacked and all my money removed. As soon as I realised this I contacted them. They accepted they had been suspicious activity. After 3 week days of hearing nothing (they say you will get a response within 2) I contacted them again. The reply was this was my fault and they won’t accept any responsibility. No apology no empathy, nothing. In fact even worse they implied I was a lair. I have asked about if this has happened to others and why improvements to their security hasn’t happened as a result, ie 2 factor identification. And I was only told this is being looked into. I hope for others it is. Be warned. Remove your cash as soon as possible unless your happy to lose it”

“I bought on August 24 an esim from breeze I was supposed to receive a cashback on October 22 of 24 cents and 17 euro bonus, today October 25 quidco deleted my account without a reason after countless attempts on the support chat to receive that money. Quidco said only breeze can process that cashback and breeze said only quidco can process it.(lies upon lies) I do not recommend Quidco for the reasons listed above, beware of them because they make fun of people and treat them disrespectfully.”

“Used to be amazing, not it's just a scam. Never pays out higher value transactions. It's just not worth the hassle anymore. Stick to voucher codes and have some immediate discount rather than wait forever to eventually decline with Quidco.”

“Starts off well and then cash back payment dates keep getting pushed back, as you approach the new date, they are pushed back again.... cashback that doesn't track and nothing they can do about it.”

“I bought an insurance policy from Swinton via Quidco last week & it hasn't tracked so I tried to lodge a claim. Quidco are saying that the transaction never took place, in spite of Swinton's quote page acknowledging that I came to them via Quidco's website. I'll stick with TopCashback in future.”

“Used to use them all the time until I found another site which in almost every case offers higher cashback rates. On top of that the tracking times are soooo slow, customer service is unhelpful and without fail when they offer a bonus to lure you in to purchasing with them the cashback never tracks and the claim is always declined with no clear reason given. I’m not using this site again. It’s main competitor is better in every way.”

“Just been had for the 2nd time with Quidco. Collected for years with them and no problems and then been ripped off twice in a couple of years but will never use them again now. 1st time was with Virgin and they flatly refused to help and in July 24 used their car insurance quote and low and behold didn't track and again they won't do anything to help me. Quidco now are just a scam website, please go elsewhere you have been warned.”

“Used to be good but no longer I have used quidco for years relatively successfully but am now finding biggish cashback sums not getting tracked - eg house insurance. Because the initial purchase and the quidco pay can be months apart it is not easy to keep an eye on them in any detail whatsoever. I used to trust quidco to get most of them right but no longer. A year ago I picked post office insurance because with the quidco compare insurance service the cashback (28) made it the cheapest. The purchase was logged by Quidco but never paid - just spotted. Because it is their own insurance compare tool you can't claim. I now think QUIDCO is not worth the fee and will be cancelling my membership”

“Works fantastic for me, over £2,800 in cash back all paid into my account over last 5-6 years of usage. Yes some things dont track occasionally, but at end of day its free money - book a few hotels, flights and use if for day to day things i.e. diy items, grocery shopping, mobile contracts etc and it soon starts to rack up.”

“Quidco locked me out of my account right before i was due to get a payout and refuse to unblock it unless i send them various photographic ID for "Anti Fraud Reasons", i definitely wouldn't trust them with such personal info and none of the other sites have ever had such ridiculous demands! Topcashback from now on”

“just entered all our details for car insurance comparison, even though i used it last year, and year before, and year before, is till have to enter all my exactly same details still, again, and it couldnt submit as it told me to check my internet connection whch is perfectly working, nothing saved lost it all, now i cant even start the process again because it only offers page to retrieve quote, which is couldnt process. utter 'kin nonsense, infuriating & time wasting bollards. ill stay with my existing provider!”

“Avoid this company, use topcashback instead, at least you will get paid your cashback Been waiting 7 months for £30 for opening up a TSB account and 6 months for £45 for buying car insurance though their comparison site, I doubt if I will ever get this cashback, been told by them, using their site your cashback isn't guaranteed, I believe its a scam company keeping all your cashback as I have seen so many people on line not being paid out as well”

“I've used it 6 times even on very expensive purchases & all except lowest purchase £ was accepted. Even the bonus payouts declined. It's pointless. Not worth the time & effort imo.”
