Their customer services will just give you the runaround and just waste your time, probably spending most of their time writing spoof reviews. Been with them years and no longer getting the cashback especially the high amounts, I wonder where the money is going? A more suspicious person might think they are actually getting the cashback and not passing it on as with my £70 quid for signing up to broadband. I did not even get the money for introducing a friend, and their CS are not interested, or not allowed. I will be taking this up with the regulator. It is sad to say I now believe that the money is NOT finding it way back to the customers and Quidco is just a scam.

Says, I have had £850 cashback, I've recieved £300 over the years. Its a rip off. Some companies never pay the cashback and use the pronise of 10% cashback to entice you. False promises all the way!

Have used Quidco for several years. In the last 12 months have had two declines. One from an Insurance Co who Q say refused to give them the money,and the most recent from Aviva who declined because I allegedly had another browser open when I purchased car insurance?????? In both cases I went through Q, and the policies have gone live. Total £164. Move to another cash back site I think.

Hey, Thanks for the review 💙 We're really sorry to hear that, we do our best to ensure that cashback is paid but unfortunately, it is never guaranteed as it is ultimately in the hands of the retailer to either approve or decline the cashback. It sounds as though that the older claim was declined as the retailer did not approve of the purchase and that the other is declined due to competing cookies. They can get pushed through to the retailer first, and so the retailer will see that source as the referrer of the sale and pay the commission to them, rather than to Quidco. As the retailer won't pay the commission from the sale twice, they won't now pay these funds to us, so we don't have them to pass onto you as cashback. Have used Quidco for many years but service is getting worse. Recently had a claim for cash back declined because the supplier said that I had returned the item (which I had not done). Quidco said that they do not dispute a supplier if they decline cash back - WHY NOT? Very disappointed and may now move to another cash back provider.

Everything is being declined ,and the cashback not decline it takes nearly 1 year to be available. Do not use them they just getting money every time you use it and give nothing.

Just like many of the other reviews, I would suggest choosing topcashback. Quidco will mislead, lie, be rude, dismissive and ultimately eventually give a reason to decline your cashback. Today I closed my account, staff were sarcastic and rude about it.

My account was blocked for no reason after the Tidal promo. Quidico replied to my email "Why was my account blocked?" with some laconic explanations that can be summed up to "We wanted a lot of people to register but we didn't want to pay them many, so your account will remain closed", as your review will remain 1-star. Would not recommend these scammers!

I made a purchase in January, Quidco couldn’t track my order then I made a claim, I was told that the cashback should be paid in 6 months, now October is coming still no news, they offered a pound cash boost for the next purchase, I bought something afterwards but again not tracked, when I made a claim, it said to wait for 6 months for a decision from the retailer. The story is repeating, if no news after 6 months which means you won’t get the £1 boost. I don’t know if it is a trick to fool people? It is disappointed and unfair. Definitely avoid using them again

Thanks for your review, we appreciate it 💙 Ok so tracking is something that's almost exclusively controlled by your device and browser settings - if a transaction's not tracked, it's almost always down to an issue there. Have used Quidco for many years and could always rely on the cashback coming through. In the last year or so, everything is being declined and claims refused. This is despite following the procedure shown for the retailers. I don't even bother looking at the website any more as the promise of cashback cannot be guaranteed.

As with many others it feels like Quidco has gone downhill. If you raise a claim (this feels like a regular occurrence now) it takes a ridiculously long time to then be told that the retailer dismissed your claim with no right to appeal. Can Quidco not see that loyal members will be leaving in their droves??? Sort your toothless procedures out Quidco!!

Not what it use to be Quidco. Feel they have become too big and now let loyal customers down. Use to be one premium retention fee per year for £5, which is fair enough, now they just charge you every month depending what you earn. Might as well just keep all the cash back. Had a couple of quid clear into my account, go back on it the next day and it’s down to 62p. Awesome that nice one. I know you’re going to say well change your account to basic package, my point is I think you’re becoming greedy. Purchases don’t even track that much anymore and Iv tried deleting cookies etc and all that doesn’t work. No point claiming as it takes about 10 months to get a few quid then you take half off anyway for your fees. Made a purchase in April 2021 for car insurance says estimated payment time January 2022. What sort of time scale is that?! I’d like to see payment times no longer than 3 month especially if you’re paying premium fees. Basic package then I’d understand 10 month waiting time. Also I’d like your little games to be varied, like you use to instead of that squid thing you keep doing. Needs a little re structure Quidco in my opinion.

Thank you kindly for your review today 😊👍 I am very sorry to hear you do feel this way, our premium was updated as we did want to improve the services, it does now include more features which make it worth the extra fee's, one of the new features is higher cashback rates to members who do not have this. We do appreciate that premium isn't best suited for all members, if it isn't for you we do recommend downgrading to our basic (free to use) membership, you will receive no charge for this. Sadly faster payment speeds is not a premium feature, the retailer do provide those payments speeds as they do provide the funds. Purchases like insurance purchases may take longer due to the retailer wanting to make sure the payments are being made still and it is a genuine purchase before awarding the cashback. I have had several occasions where I have used Quidco and then had to make a claim as cash back not tracked. I then wait in excess of 6 months only to be told that the retailer has declined the claim as Quidco was not used. This seems to occur when the retailer is offering a substantial cash back deal. I make sure that I have no other browsers open and that link in Quidco is used. I will not be using Quidco again.

Thanks for the review today and I am terribly sorry to hear this! When cashback does not track within 72 hours, a missing cashback claim is needed to get your funds tracking, as claims are a manual process than the automatic one of a tracked transaction they can take up to 6 months to be fully processed. We really do push for the best possible outcome but ultimately the retailer does have the final say as they do provide the funds, when we do get a decline we really do share your disappointment. Waiting times for cashback should be made explicitly obvious at point of purchase as this is the main reason customers end up purchasing through quidco. For now, I have no evidence that my cashback on insurance claim is even pending and can't do anything about it for 6 months. Would not recommend. Will update in half a year when I may or may not have my cashback.

Quido Home Insurance said would be £28 cashback so I went through site and processed payment to Churchill. I've checked my account after a week and it hasn't tracked. Tried to raise a claim and quidco doesn't allow claims to be raised on Quidco Compare. Seems like fake cashback claims. What has happened to this site.

Please don't worry as you no longer need to verify your Quidco Compare transaction. We've recently updated our tracking system, so now purchases with Quidco Compare will take around 90 days to track into your account from the purchase date, and then should confirm within another 2-4 months from this point. If you don't see this transaction tracking by this time, please do come back to us and we can look into this further for you

Do not use Quidco, I was supposed to get my cash back on the 28th of may that's 3 month ago now , they keep saying we are working hard as they can to get me my money what a load of bull. Will never use them again !!

I have used Quidco for a few years now but their service has gone downhill fast. I know of several people who have had their accounts closed and "on hold" for months without any reason provided whatsoever. This usually happens when they have gone to claim a payout which, in some cases, have been hundreds of pounds. I would suggest that everyone stick with other means of discounts and cashback i.e. Student discounts (Student Beans), BlueLightCard, cashback DIRECT from the retailers themselves, Google Shopping (most of the time there is more discount offered UPFRONT here than with Quidco or TopCashBack) or codes you can find online. I won't be using Quidco anymore in any case.
