I wonder if I understand the concept of this correctly. According to my account summary, I am earned £65.00, but I can only claim £3.33 in hard cash. Where has the other £62.00 gone?

IT IS 3 MONTHS THAT BRITISH AIRWAYS RECEIVED PAYMENT FROM ME QUIDCO SHOW MY ENTITLED CASH BACK BUT NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED TRIED ALL THE AVENUES TO CONTACT THEM ON THIS MATTER NOT A CHANCE ANY IDEAS OR ADVICE PLEASE, IS THIS A BIG CON TRICK
