Been waiting over 15 months now for the Quidco compare home broadband to pay out, I'll be out of contract before it gets paid at this rate, if it ever does The say average time to payout is 2-3 months, maybe it was years ago but it isn't now

Quidco used to be a nice little discount but now it's just not paying out (several months overdue) even when it tracks properly buying through their own Quidco Compare service. I give up.

Says, I have had £850 cashback, I've recieved £300 over the years. Its a rip off. Some companies never pay the cashback and use the pronise of 10% cashback to entice you. False promises all the way!

Have used Quidco for many years but service is getting worse. Recently had a claim for cash back declined because the supplier said that I had returned the item (which I had not done). Quidco said that they do not dispute a supplier if they decline cash back - WHY NOT? Very disappointed and may now move to another cash back provider.

As with many others it feels like Quidco has gone downhill. If you raise a claim (this feels like a regular occurrence now) it takes a ridiculously long time to then be told that the retailer dismissed your claim with no right to appeal. Can Quidco not see that loyal members will be leaving in their droves??? Sort your toothless procedures out Quidco!!

Not what it use to be Quidco. Feel they have become too big and now let loyal customers down. Use to be one premium retention fee per year for £5, which is fair enough, now they just charge you every month depending what you earn. Might as well just keep all the cash back. Had a couple of quid clear into my account, go back on it the next day and it’s down to 62p. Awesome that nice one. I know you’re going to say well change your account to basic package, my point is I think you’re becoming greedy. Purchases don’t even track that much anymore and Iv tried deleting cookies etc and all that doesn’t work. No point claiming as it takes about 10 months to get a few quid then you take half off anyway for your fees. Made a purchase in April 2021 for car insurance says estimated payment time January 2022. What sort of time scale is that?! I’d like to see payment times no longer than 3 month especially if you’re paying premium fees. Basic package then I’d understand 10 month waiting time. Also I’d like your little games to be varied, like you use to instead of that squid thing you keep doing. Needs a little re structure Quidco in my opinion.

Thank you kindly for your review today 😊👍 I am very sorry to hear you do feel this way, our premium was updated as we did want to improve the services, it does now include more features which make it worth the extra fee's, one of the new features is higher cashback rates to members who do not have this. We do appreciate that premium isn't best suited for all members, if it isn't for you we do recommend downgrading to our basic (free to use) membership, you will receive no charge for this. Sadly faster payment speeds is not a premium feature, the retailer do provide those payments speeds as they do provide the funds. Purchases like insurance purchases may take longer due to the retailer wanting to make sure the payments are being made still and it is a genuine purchase before awarding the cashback. Rest assured we do push for the fastest possible outcome for all members. Your feedback on our games will also be passed over as this is very important to us 😊👍 - Jamie (socialsupport@quidco.com)

Mesage comes up when I try login, Your account has been blocked. Please contact our Quidco support team. Tried to contact them, the link doesn't work, doesn't seem to be much help. I've got around £50 - 60 stuck in there.

At first i was really a fan of this website. In the meantime i had a few major purchases declined by Quidco. Last year i booked a hotel room in the South of France via Expedia just because it promised good payout rates by Quidco. In September i bought an expensive sofa and mattress from Argos. I checked t&c again and again but both were declined again. It seems to me Quidco is only paying out at low value purchases, bitterly disappointed.

Ok when it works. They are not interested if a purchase doesn't track or tracks at the wrong amount. All customer services do is fob you off.

There have now been too many declined cashback offers (including raised claims) from multiple retailers to show they're not policing their retailers performance correct, so in other words don't care much about their own users' experience with Quidco. Used to be better, but this is becoming a frequent pattern with others I know who use Quidco. Thoroughly disappointed.
