I feel scammed from Quidco. I have used the service because I saw there was an offer for £15 on the first purchase. Surprisingly, my friend was entitled of this offer and I was not! Quidco decided to decline the new member bonus and allow the referral bonus (which I am also not entitled). In my support ticket, I requested to decline the referral and accept the new member bonus. Obviously, each side sees their benefit, but you don’t build long term relationships with customers by tricking them. Do you really expect me or any other person that I know to use Quidco again? My request should have been addressed properly at the first instance, and we are talking about £15, not £1000. With other service providers for cashback, I already have saved £500+ so far. Very disappointed.
