Have used the for a few years. Like others I’ve found that now only small value transactions are logged and large ones fail to track or track at the wrong rate, you get zero support and they just blame the retailer. No option to flag the retailers which don’t pay out. If a retailer doesn’t honour their offer they should be removed. Also during Black Friday all the enhanced rates failed to track at the correct rate.
