Absolutely ridiculous and misleading company. I joined because I saw a great cashback deal but when I was logged in, the rate suddenly dropped from 45% to 30%. I went back later and it had increased back up to 45%...so I logged in and guess what, back down to 30%. Told a friend who said to use TopCashBack instead, they had it at 45% also only this time when I joined, it stayed at 45%. Now I want to cancel my Quidco account and can't find any option to do so!
