Quidco are so quick to blame the retailer. I've actually spoken to the retailer who said they haven't had anything from Quidco and another retailer has also confirmed to me by email they have approved the claim but Quidco still haven't paid out. They are not very helpful whatsoever. Also now their live chat option is not available and you don't get any response by email.
