I had an email from Quidco saying my cashback had been denied when I spent £10 of casino chips at Ladbrokes Casino online. 1. I took screenshots of my betting history and made sure it was all valid. 2. I contacted Ladbrokes, and they confirm my spend was valid and correct. I took screenshots of this email. I contacted Quidco about this and Jess closed out my case stating: "Unfortunately they have declined your claim advising us that you didn't meet the terms and conditions of the offer.". I told Jess I wanted to speak to a supervisor but my request was ignored and my case closed. I told them I have screenshots of everything. This was ignored. Totally ignored!! They just said: "As we will not be receiving the commission from the retailer, we are unable to pass this on to you as cashback.". This is totally irrelevant as I told Quidco I have a screenshot FROM THE RETAILER (Ladbrokes Casino) saying it was valid. So I feel Quidco are trying to rip me off here. What is going on!?!? What operation are you running here!? You are ignoring my screenshots, you are ignoring my evidence. You are just closing my cases out on me and won't let me speak to a supervisor. WHY?
