Great website and experience ordering and shipping but..... I did use a corporate card and for some reason there was a problem, i did verify all the information on my card was correct. It took me 5 phone calls, leaving messages each time. I ended up calling the Portland office and after 3 days someone returned my call to give me a finally gave me another number is Colorado to call. after leaving two messages there and waiting another 2-3 days someone called to get another card. After spending so much time getting an order, i was surprised that they weren't too helpful in trying to keep them
