The staff person, Levi, helped me find the parts, two lid-lifters, at the Kelowna store and sent it the following day. This was a real relief as the Thule web site has listed the part as unavailable/out-of-stock for months. I was able to fix the storage boxes on both cars by replacing the broken parts.
