I found my thule parts i needed very easy on web site, ordered them and paid for expedited delivery, and it all worked out as promised. My only criticism is i never received an invoice. I received an email right away with the shipping number but no invoice. I over ordered one item and need to return it. I will call. To get the return information. I would order from rack attack again.
