I tried to order on line and was having trouble decoupling the lock option from my order. I spoke on your echat with a rep who said go ahead and order it , give him the order number and he would make sure it was removed. When I received my order it had the locks included as well as the full charge for them. When I called to have them sent back and removed I was told I would have to pay to ship them back and call another department in Michigan. I tried to support a small business and not order from Amazon and I am disappointed that that was my experience. The only reason I did not give you a 1 is that when I called for install help, I was assisted Edited Update: After voicing my concern I was contacted immediately by Matt who not only rectified the issue immediately but told me to keep the locks as a token of their customer support. I will definitely continue to do business with them and look forward to ordering the box carrier next month. Superior customer service and follow up. Would give them higher than 5 if I could.
