Rack Attack Boston was super helpful. First spoke to someone in Colorado and was basically told there was nothing they could do about our screws being too short for our ski rack. Boston got us squared away with new longer screws and even offered to find us ones they had laying around. Have always dealt w Boston and always will. We are repeat customers and the service is why we keep coming back!
