Rack Attack has amazing customer service and they know their stuff! I thought I would write a review about my recent experience... I had an issue with an online order, sent a comment in via their web form in the evening, and someone got back to me the very next morning. They completely owned the issue - even though I was partially at fault as well - and very quickly went above and beyond to make me happy. Rack Attack is an amazing specialist retailer that knows everything about the products they sell and they are extremely customer-oriented. Highly recommended!
