Great customer service. This was my first purchase of a hitch mounted platform bike rack. Chris at the Vaughan store was great in both timely responses to email and answering all the question fully from a new purchaser. He was great in helping me pick the right rack with a balance of quality, versatility and price. Due to covid, I eventually ordered online with home delivery. The ordering system was easy to use and the rack arrived in just a few days to my doorstep.
