We love our Kuat Sherpa 2.0 bicycle rack & the fabulous customer service we received from Rack Attack. We received our order quickly which is quite the exception with many online retailers. We received our rack in 2 days with free shipping. I shop online regularly & the excuses & delays from other companies during this Covid ordeal have been frustrating. Rack Attack was different.
