Arrived in about a week - Ottawa to Calgary - assembled the rack in about an hour - all required tools included. Very happy with the feel - took it out on a trial run - easy to load / unload - 1 smaller eBike - 1 XL size dual sport Trek - works very well - very satisfied at this point.
