Online order and delivery was simple, and quick. My only shipping suggestion is that you also wrap around the ends of the bike rack boxes for shipping instead of just the sides. Both boxes arrived open on one end (boxes appeared crushed by shipper). Fortunately several bags of smaller parts remained inside the boxes, but could easily have fallen out of the boxes while in transit. There was no damage.
