The best experience that I have ever had with an online retailer - and delivered in 2 days. I seldom respond to review requests and almost never rate 5 stars but you guys earned it. We have also had great experience in the past purchasing items at the Kelowna location. We bought a hatch mount bike rack that really didn't work on our vehicle and we decided to go with a hitch and hitch rack. They credited us back for the hatch mount and we purchased a hitch system that was a better option for us. That's why we keep coming back.
