I recently purchased Yakima HD Bars and they arrived ahead of expected delivery date, however when I tried to assembled I noticed 2 end cap screws were missing. I contacted Rack Attack and explained and was told that they would send screws asap. And within a few days they arrived, so thanks to all involved in rectifying the problem!
