When I placed my order, it was supposed to be for an in-store pick-up. However, Rack Attack called and offered to ship the rack directly to my home address for no additional fee. The new Core bars and Timberline towers are a huge improvement from the old round bars and hold my kayaks with zero slippage in during transport. Thanks, Rack Attack!
