This was shown to be coming via ups. I was not asked for the street address so you arbitrarily sent it by Canada Post, on April 24. According to tracking information, it still has not left wherever it’s coming from. You also charged me $20.00 for the privilege of not knowing where my pack is, or when I should expect it.
Since this review, customer service “made everything better”, and sent out, via UPS, another set of locks, AND refunded the shipping. Wow. That’s service.
