Very helpful fellows leading up to my purchase. The Kelowna outlet had one of the two platform bike racks I had shortlisted and held until I could make a trip to Kelowna. Also had inventory of other parts, for example the Kuat rack dock. I later ordered a spare wheel chock for the my rack, which was also in inventory and shipped quite promptly.
