While the product seems to be functioning as expected, we were disappointed to have the rack arrive with a considerable amount of assembly required. I double checked the information provided prior to purchase and didn't notice anywhere it being mentioned that assembly would be required. This is disappointing.
We muscled through it but assembling things is not a strength of ours.
