I brought my car in to the Mississauga location (without an appointment) to see if someone could look at my bike rack, which had been damaged after being hit by another car. After waiting in line for a few minutes, Stephan came outside to assess my bike rack/hitch and confirmed that the damage could be repaired. Not only did Stephan fix the problem on the spot, he also went under the car to ensure the hitch was ok and safe to use.
