Quick and painless dealing with the Vancouver office for a Yakima product that I needed urgently, which was shipped to me in Ottawa. Five stars for Vancouver store When I first called the Ottawa office, their initial response was, 'no we don't have it in stock'. When I pressed them to see if one of their other stores might have it, their response was, 'don't think another store would ship their stock to them since they would want to keep it for their own clientele'. When I said I wanted it shipped to me, not to them, they sheepishly checked their other stores to see who had stock and gave me the Vancouver store's coordinates. 2 stars for Ottawa store.
