I dealt specifically with Cassandra at the Victoria, BC location and she was great, professional and super reliable when organizing the shipment of my Dr. Tray, Yakima rack. She was able to get it transferred from the Coquitlam location to Victoria and then ship it from Victoria to Tofino for free. An absolute gem to deal with. I wish everyone as smooth a transaction as I experienced with Cassandra.
