Rack Attack does business with the customers interest as their first priority. Alexander Cruz was fantastic to work with. I had a problem with a company I ordered Thule Aero Blade racks for my Audi Q7. They charged me for two racks which I ordered but only sent one. When I contacted them they told me they didn't have any in the warehouse. Long story short after two weeks of them screwing me over I finally got a refund and contacted Rack Attack and they were great. Customer service is #1.
