Created a very large "Yakima EXO" order with RackAttack as they had all of the pieces I wanted for the set. Alex reached out to me saying that they were missing one of the pieces I needed, but wanted to see what could be done to resolve it. I was able to find another vendor for the missing piece, and Alex did what he could to get the rest of the order out and on-time and the appropriate money refunded. Highly appreciated the upfront response in relation to the order and getting the rest of the order resolved.
