Worked with Matt today on part of an order I created with Rack Attack. After opening one of the packages, found the hardware to assemble the kit was missing. I gave the company a call this morning and worked with Matt who worked with his local rep to get the hardware located and overnighted to me for our upcoming camping trip. Highly appreciated the expedience and communication coming to a successful resolution for my issue. I'm definitely going to order with RackAttack in the future! Thank you!
