The staff at Rack Attack provided outstanding customer service. There was a mix up with my online order and I got multiple responses via email and phone within a couple of hours of contacting them. The problem was solved without any hassle and they followed up to make sure it all worked out. Upon receiving my order I asked to exchange the cross bars for a different model and they immediately helped me at their Ottawa location again without any problems. Can't stress enough how courteous and helpful the staff were at getting me set up. Would highly recommend this company.
