I was very pleased with my interaction with this company. I ordered a bicycle rack online. There was a glitch with the system on the credit card so I received a call… It was great because I found out what I ordered wasn’t the best choice for my situation - I emailed photos of my electric bicycle and promptly received a call back suggesting would work perfectly for me - It arrived a few days later… It’s still in the box - I haven’t tried to use it yet but I was happy with my experience
