Great! Online live person chat was very helpful in finding me the correct roof rack and bike rack attachment for my 2017 Accord. All packages arrived promptly and intact, except for 1 plastic part that cracked during shipping (looks like). Contacted RA and they are following up with Thule to get me the replacement part.
