Alex helped me with this order over the phone. He was SUPER helpful and really went out of his way to see to it that this order shipped and was going to arrive the following day as I was heading to Mexico. He personally took the order to the UPS store for me. I'm just really grateful for what he did. This is the type of person I want helping my customers!
