Sadly i had an issue with my car which meant the Thule Rack was not suitable for an installation. I was helped today by Justin and he tried every way possible to sort my car and he was just outstanding in his efforts and just so helpful. This type of service needs noting in today's world and what a fine example he sets for the company. Thank you Justin.
