The people I dealt with seemed to be behind the ball. I paid for new Yakima towers and had to settle with an open box even though a new one was available if I walked into their store 300 miles away. The towers had a steep learning curve to install but have them attached and are rock solid. The torque wrench in the box was defective and later replaced. In all it took 2 weeks to arrive.
