Hi - I started to install my new Thule rack, and was checking the parts out of the box from the Fit Kit I ordered from you, and thought that some bolts were missing. So I drove up to the Framingham, MA location, where a young man whose name I didn't get was a big help and explained that the parts in the directions were actually in the Foot Pad box, and he assured me I was good to go. And I was! Thanks for the help, dude!
