The cargo box arrived broken, however, Alex the customer service rep remedied the situation with lightening speed and had a new one sent out within a couple days with no hassle, while they figure out what needs to happen with the broken one. You don’t get this kind of customer service just anywhere. Rack attack has a new loyal customer.
The products are dope, but the customer service is on another level.
